  • Journal of Islamic Contemporary Accounting and Business

    The Journal of Islamic Contemporary Accounting and Business is published by the Sharia Accounting program at the Institut Agama Islam Tazkia. To ensure the quality of the papers published, the journal employs a double-blind review process, where the identities of both the authors and reviewers are concealed from each other during the evaluation process. This ensures objectivity and fairness in the assessment of submitted works. The Journal of Islamic Contemporary Accounting and Business accepts original papers using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-method approaches. The journal is published twice a year, in the periods of April-September and October-March, with each issue containing seven papers.

    Open Access

    JICAB publishes all articles under the open-access model, defined under Budapest, Berlin and Bethesda open access declarations. The full content of the articles published by JICAB is freely available for anyone to read, download, print, use, re-use and build upon. The published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, free of charge, in any medium, provided that the original author(s) and original publisher are given due credit. JICAB fulfils the DOAJ definition of open access, and it grants usage rights to others using the open license Creative Commons By 4.0 allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose. The full text of all content is available for free and open access without delay, no embargo period no register to read the content without any charge.
