Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru, Lingkungan Sekolah, dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Babakan Madang

The purposes of this study were 1. to analyze the level of teacher creativity in social studies learning in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Babakan Madang, 2. to assess the school environment that supports social studies learning in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Babakan Madang, 3. to assess the level of student learning motivation in social studies learning in class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Babakan Madang. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that : 1. The results showed that there was a significant influence between teacher creativity and social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Babakan Madang with a regression coefficient of 0.096, 2. There was a significant influence between the school environment and social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students ofjunior high school Negeri 1 Babakan Madang with a regression coefficient of 0.268, 3. There is a significant influence between student learning motivation and social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Babakan Madang with a regression coefficient of 0.106, 4. There is a significant positive influence between teacher creativity, environment schools, and student learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Babakan Madang with a coefficient of determination of 0.723 or 72.3%.
